The Personal Fitness Certification Preparation Program (PFTCP) is designed to prepare you for the nationally recognized NASM-CPT exam. In this class, you will study Fitness Assessment & Exercise Technique, Fitness Program Development, Fundamentals of Human Movement Science, Nutrition, CPR Certification and Professional Development.
